Roland Oetker

Roland Oetker has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Evotec AG since June 2011. He is the Founder and Managing Director of ROI Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH since 1981. He also serves as the  Honorary President of Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. Starting out as a lawyer in 1983, Mr. Oetker worked with the Deutsche Bank AG and was a Co-Chairman of the Managing Board of Massa AG. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG since 2004 and of Rheinisch-Bergische Verlagsgesellschaft mbH since 2011. Mr. Oetker is a member of the Board of Trustees of the RAG foundation since 2007. He had his professional training with Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., Köln, Schroder Banking Corp., New York and Lauter, Fischer & Partner, Köln. Following his studies of economics and law in Saarbrücken and Münster and passing his German bar exams he became a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) first in Münster and later until today in Düsseldorf.
